University of Greenwich specialty certificates

• Certificate of Attendance is: awarded to the English Specialty student who successfully completes any of the 20 programs that are already available.
• Certificate of English Specialty Examination: is awarded to the English Specialty student who successfully passes any of the 20 specialized examinations already available.

Successful candidates will receive a Certificate in English Specialization from the University of Greenwich.

THE EXAMS

• There are two exam periods each year
• Each test lasts 60 minutes
• The exam includes 5 parts
  • Part 1: Acoustic comprehension
  • Part 2: Vocabulary / Terminology
  • Part 3: Understanding language functions
  • Part 4: Understanding written language
  • Part 5: Production of written speech
• The examination focuses on specific concepts and functions, vocabulary and terminology, ways of communication, written comprehension, audio comprehension and written production, related to the specific field of study.
• The exam is specially designed to correspond to the English specialty of vocational schools, colleges of technology, institutions and universities.
